Grant Program Manual

The OTS Grant Program Manual (GPM) is an OTS grant management and reporting reference source for policies, procedures, regulations and information developed and issued by OTS with the OTS Director’s approval.

Responsibility for Revising the GPM

Responsibility for updating the GPM content is assigned to the OTS Operations and Fiscal units. The OTS Director or his/her designee is responsible for certifying that revisions are legal and consistent with overall California and National Highway Traffic Administration (NHTSA) policies.
