Grant Electronic Management System (GEMS)
The Grant Electronic Management System (GEMS) establishes a new electronic Grant Management System which will provide a more efficient and paperless system for allocating funds, application entry, budgeting, tracking expenditures and carryover, monitoring grant performance, and supporting the development of reports required by state and federal agencies. The application deadline date is January 30, 2018
To better serve you and process requests efficiently, New registration requests and password reset requests will be handled through email requests.
Please submit an email to OTSGEMSADMIN@OTS.CA.GOV with the following information:
- Indicate if you are a first time user or active grant user
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Agency name
Email requests will be processed within the day they are received.
Agencies/Departments applying for the first time may have one registered user at this time.
