Grant Blueprints
The OTS “Blueprints” help potential grantees select recommended goals and “best practice” objectives that are time-tested and impact traffic problems. The Blueprints also facilitate grant development by providing guidelines to help assess the comprehensiveness of a traffic safety proposal.
