The OTS Grant Program Manual (GPM) is an OTS grant management and reporting reference source for policies, procedures, regulations and information developed and issued by OTS with the OTS Director’s approval.
Responsibility for Revising the GPM
Responsibility for updating the GPM content is assigned to the OTS Operations and Fiscal units. The OTS Director or his/her designee is responsible for certifying that revisions are legal and consistent with overall California and National Highway Traffic Administration (NHTSA) policies. GPM revisions are made on a quarterly basis unless otherwise required.
GPM Revision Notification
Revisions to the GPM are posted to the OTS website and communicated to current grantee agencies. Grantees can refer to the GPM Revision Log for a brief description of revisions made and to the revision date included under each chapter and section.
