Apply for a Grant
OTS funds three types of grants: general, Grants Made Easy (GME) and mini-grants. General OTS grant proposal forms are used for all program areas and law enforcement programs outside the GME or mini-grant parameters. General grants, GME or mini-grants could be concurrent.

- Grants Made Easy – Grants Made Easy (GME) are strictly law enforcement.
- Click it or Ticket Mini-Grants – Click it or Ticket mini-grants are strictly law enforcement.
- Sobriety Checkpoint Mini-Grants – Sobriety Checkpoint mini-grants are strictly law enforcement.
- General OTS Grants – General OTS grants could be in any program area; police traffic services, alcohol and other drugs, occupant protection, pedestrian and bicycle safety, emergency medical services, and traffic records and engineering.
- Grant Cycle – Annual grant cycle by months.
- OTS Collision Rankings - Collision rankings for cities to compare themselves to other cities with similar-sized populations and help them identify their potential disproportionate traffic safety problem(s).
